Designed around agencies responsible for contact, booking, and inquiry forms across client websites.
| Form | Expected result | Observation |
|---|---|---|
| Contact · staging | Confirmation message | Submit timed out |
| Booking inquiry | Test receipt page | Journey passed |
| Partner request | Required-field message | Validation changed |
A contact page loads normally while validation, submission, or the next step has broken. A basic uptime check cannot tell the agency whether the agreed test journey still works.
FormBeacon would run explicitly authorized synthetic journeys with clearly marked test data. A pilot would verify browser outcomes first; downstream delivery checks would require a separately agreed test destination.
Three planned capabilities we want to validate with early users.
Planned checks would record the fields, expected confirmation, and safe test data approved for each form.
Proposed runs would retain a redacted screenshot and step result to help an owner investigate.
Planned incident records would include an owner and a fresh successful test after a change.
A focused approach for agencies responsible for contact, booking, and inquiry forms across client websites.
Choose a form you control, non-sensitive test inputs, and a way to identify or remove test records.
Run the supported journey on a schedule and compare its observable outcome with the expectation.
Review failure evidence, fix the cause, and record a fresh result.

Manage your data ↗No. FormBeacon is a waitlist. Scheduled runs, browser automation, alerts, and delivery checks are planned.
A pilot would require owner authorization, identifiable test data, and an agreed test destination or cleanup process. It would not submit to arbitrary third-party forms.
No. Browser success and downstream delivery are different outcomes. Receipt checks would need an explicit supported integration and test destination.
